We are seeking an exceptional Head of Quality Strategy Post-Marketing to lead the global strategy for proactive quality oversight and compliance in post-marketing processes. This is a high-impact role where you will define, execute, and continuously improve a risk-based approach to ensure alignment with global regulatory requirements and company standards. You will monitor performance metrics, identify risks, and lead transformative quality initiatives that support a culture of excellence across Pharmacovigilance (PV), Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and Subsidiaries.

Reporting directly to the Head of Research & Development Quality and Risk Management (RDQRM), you will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to executive leadership, ensuring quality systems remain robust and adaptable to evolving regulations and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop & Execute Global Strategies: Create and implement a comprehensive post-marketing quality strategy aligned with international regulatory requirements, company objectives, and best practices.
• Proactive Oversight: Monitor KPIs and metrics to detect trends, risks, and gaps, ensuring timely risk identification and resolution.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to provide expert guidance on compliance risks and foster a quality-driven culture.
• Inspection Readiness & Governance: Oversee inspection readiness efforts and drive compliance across Medical, Regulatory, and PV functions globally.
• Continuous Improvement: Leverage audits, inspections, and root cause analyses to deliver quality enhancements that drive organizational success.
• Risk Management: Champion applied risk management methodologies, including assessment, analysis, and communication of compliance risks.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., pharmacy, medicine, life sciences).
• 10+ years of proven leadership experience in Quality Assurance, biomedical sciences, regulatory compliance, or related fields.
• Expertise in global quality functions within complex matrix environments.
• Strong knowledge of ICH GCP and GPV principles, with a proven track record in risk-based quality management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead with autonomy, drive innovation, and foster collaborative solutions in a cross-functional setting.
• Deep understanding of global regulatory frameworks and applied risk management methodologies.
