Position Overview

Emerhub Thailand is seeking for a Head of Sales who will lead and oversee the sales department, driving the company’s sales strategy and execution to achieve revenue goals and expand market presence. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in sales management, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of delivering sales results. You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives and market conditions.

Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet company revenue targets and growth objectives
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies

Team Leadership and Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, including sales managers and representatives
  • Set clear sales targets and performance expectations, and provide regular feedback and coaching to drive team performance
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members as needed

Revenue Generation:

  • Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and key accounts
  • Develop and manage key client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships

Sales Operations:

  • Oversee the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring efficient and effective sales processes
  • Implement and optimize sales tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance sales productivity and performance

Performance Monitoring:

  • Track and analyze sales metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of sales activities
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the sales department budget, including expenses related to travel, events, and sales tools
  • Ensure cost-effective use of resources while achieving sales goals

Market Analysis and Strategy:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies and identify growth opportunities
  • Adapt sales strategies based on market conditions and evolving business needs

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales efforts with overall company objectives
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and key clients

Sales Training and Development:

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the sales department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred
  • Over 4 years of experience in sales or a related field, with at least 2 years in a management role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills and ability to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and motivational speaking experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
  • Proven success rate at levels above sales quota
  • Ready to work in our office in Bangkok, Thailand
