Client Relationship Manager

Open Position –

Job Title: Client Relationship Manager

Location: Noida, Sector 65

Job Type: Full-Time

The key expectations of the role:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing & new clients in the health and wellness industry.
• Develop and implement strategies to ensure high client retention rates and customer satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients, as well as cross-sell complementary offerings.
• Utilise a consultative approach to understand clients’ needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Stay informed about the company’s products and services, including Ayurveda, Yoga, and wellness offerings, to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs related to client retention and upselling.
• Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve products and services and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align strategies and initiatives.

Competencies required:

• Around 1-3 years of experience, with a proven track record in client relationship management and sales.
• Knowledge of MS Office Applications.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to upsell and cross-sell effectively. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Preference:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, health sciences, or a related field is preferred.
• Having Knowledge of women’s health and fitness would be preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
