Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and assess new business opportunities within hospitals, health systems, and managed service providers throughout the Northeast region.
- Establish and maintain a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve and surpass revenue goals.
- Develop and implement outbound sales initiatives to generate new leads and expand opportunities.
- Cultivate enduring relationships with senior decision-makers, including C-suite executives, financial leaders, and IT stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor by thoroughly understanding client requirements and proposing ERP solutions that yield measurable business benefits.
- Oversee the complete sales process, from initial outreach to contract negotiations and final closing.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate intricate sales cycles and provide client-centered solutions.
- Work alongside internal departments such as marketing, product development, and client success to align strategies and guarantee outstanding results for clients.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive dynamics within the healthcare sector.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, and events to enhance brand visibility and generate new business leads.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, demonstrating a successful track record in the healthcare or technology sectors.
- Experience engaging with C-suite level stakeholders in hospitals, health systems, or healthcare IT organizations is highly desirable.
- Profound understanding of complex sales processes, including RFPs and negotiations with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and proactive in achieving results.
- Proficient in CRM tools and sales enablement technologies.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time for client engagements, industry events, and deal closures.
