Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities
In your role as Project Manager, you will be instrumental in leading the project team and managing contracts, while ensuring continuous communication with our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Upholding stringent confidentiality and security measures concerning all sensitive business information.
- Guaranteeing compliance with all privacy and security training mandates, both internal and client-focused.
- Organizing and facilitating essential project planning sessions and critical meetings.
- Defining and overseeing all implementation processes, coordinating necessary documentation, and adhering to timelines using tools such as Microsoft Project.
- Assigning work tasks, establishing expectations, and recognizing team achievements to empower and lead effectively.
- Proactively updating management on project statuses, issues, and risks, ensuring that client needs remain a top priority.
- Assisting with various administrative duties to support daily project functions, including documentation formatting and meeting note-taking.
- Reviewing deliverables for quality and compliance, while tracking team progress through project management strategies.
- Performing additional tasks as required, exercising discretion in accordance with company policies and practices.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree coupled with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in managing healthcare projects.
- An active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, complemented by strong client interaction capabilities.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (2016 or newer), including Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
- A highly organized individual with acute attention to detail and the ability to manage shifting priorities efficiently.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a commendable professional work ethic.
- Capability to collaborate effectively, follow directives, and communicate succinctly with team members.
- Strong analytical skills and a proven ability to work under deadlines while maintaining confidentiality.
