Panmedical is a digital healthcare company that provides same-day online video consultations with healthcare providers at everyday low prices. We provide teleconsultations, mental health counselling, durable medical equipment, sleep management, and home hospice & palliative care. We are launching a state-of-the-art artificial intelligence enabled mobile app soon, along with associated marketing campaigns to spur growth.

Panmedical is looking for a dynamic Healthcare Operations and Growth Officer to manage our operations efficiently and grow our healthcare business, working with our team and target clients. Job Title: Healthcare Operations and Growth Officer

• Location: Remote
• Base Salary: Rs. 50,000 per month (Rs. 6 lakhs per annum)
• Bonus: Quarterly, based on performance
• Reporting To: President

Terms and Conditions:

• Work Hours: IST work hours, Mon to Sat, with 24×7 operations
• Travel: This is a remote position working within India. Specific requirement to travel for occasional in-person meetings as required to meet executives; Reasonable travel expenses will be paid based on actuals.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field
• Must have 3 to 5 years of work experience in healthcare industry
• Experience in managing operations and business development
• Exceptional communication in English and Hindi, both spoken and written
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, World, Excel

Responsibilities:

Business Development:

• Identify and research prospects, target markets, and industries to generate leads.
• Maintain a strong understanding of our services and keep up with trends.
• Support company strategy to drive business growth through multiple channels.
• Coordinate execution of strategic initiatives with key strategic accounts.
• Proactively maintain a high daily connect volume of leads on multiple channels including email, phone, text, WhatsApp and social media to build a healthy pipeline.
• Setup and lead meetings to introduce our products and services, understand client requirements, execute demos, negotiate and sign contracts, and increase client engagement

Operations:

• Guidance of operations staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Develop policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
• Support a high-performance work culture.
• Collaborate with executives to meet organizational objectives.
• Facilitate effective communications with internal and external teams.
• Track and manage open tasks and opportunities to ensure effective progress.
• Quality control and risk management, including knowledge of industry regulations.
• Coordinate with product team regarding requirements and bugs resolution.
