Healthcare Project Manager Wfh (Remote)

Join our esteemed Project Management Office (PMO) team as a Project Manager, where you will be instrumental in steering client software implementation projects. Collaborate with a diverse and skilled group of professionals and contribute to the successful delivery of innovative solutions in an agile and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for clients during the implementation journey, ensuring effective communication and expectation management.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor from project inception to completion.
• Establish project objectives, create and execute action plans, monitor progress, and provide updates to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to articulate and document business requirements, ensuring clear understanding for Development and QA teams.
• Partner with Product Management to align customer requirements with product vision, delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Oversee project timelines, track critical milestones, and prioritize issues to ensure timely delivery.
• Facilitate training and provide support for team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable work environment.

Required Skills

• Strong technical foundation with comprehensive knowledge of sFTP, APIs, file formats, and integrations.
• Experience in SaaS or enterprise software implementations.
• Familiarity with specialty pharmacy, pharmaceuticals, or related sectors.
• Proven client consulting experience is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to manage intricate projects in a rapidly changing environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and proficiency in presentations.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.
• Ability to excel independently while contributing to a cross-functional team.
• Experience with agile methodologies is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in managing software projects, including a minimum of 1-2 years in a client-facing capacity.
• Prior experience with agile processes and in specialty pharmacy is preferable.
