This is a fully REMOTE position, and travel is required. The amount of travel required will depend on the need to see the product in operation, in multiple practices. The Product Manager will be seeking improvements to make the product loved by our customers. More travel will likely be required in the beginning and will decrease over time.
Job Description
- Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the product
- Prioritize customer value and clearly articulate what is required to meet/exceed expectations
- Using market research to get ideas to further enhance our software products
- Oversee the design and planning of the software
- Thoroughly define product objectives
- Compare the company’s products to competitor’s products to assess competition in the market
- Provide management with analyses and reports and respond to questions and requests from management
- Specify and oversee the research needed to determine the needs and desires of customers
- Review and adjust product production schedules
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in product management in the SaaS industry
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Engineering
- Strong record of success delivering digital products and experiences to market
- Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
- Ability to craft and adapt a product roadmap strategy that addresses market demands and maximizes the impact of our product teams.
- Solid foundation in quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Passionate about understanding customer problems and jobs to be done
- Customer-centric, market-driven, and inquisitive by nature
- Able to rapidly create strong relationships with external and internal partners
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills; ability to communicate at all levels
- Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, be nimble and adaptable, and handle ambiguity
