Key Responsibilities

- Implement and sustain telemedicine and remote monitoring solutions to amplify patient engagement.
- Assess and propose new technologies to bolster ongoing healthcare initiatives.
- Lead disaster recovery planning while establishing robust data backup protocols.
- Manage technology budgets and cultivate strong vendor partnerships.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
- Ensure the dependable availability and performance of healthcare technology systems.
- Mentor and guide a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
- Create and enforce technology policies and procedures to uphold operational excellence.
Required Skills
- Comprehensive understanding of healthcare operations and regulatory frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and process optimization initiatives.
- Expertise in planning and implementing IT infrastructure.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare software solutions.
- Strong knowledge of data privacy and security regulations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Proven leadership capabilities, inspiring and motivating team members.
- Ability to analyze complex issues and propose innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in budget management and vendor negotiations.
- Excellent organizational skills, adept at prioritizing and managing multiple projects effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in healthcare technology management.
- Project management certification is advantageous.
- Experience with telemedicine and remote monitoring technologies is a plus.
