What You’ll Do

  • Engage & Enroll: Conduct consultative sales calls (via Zoom) with qualified executive women (Director to VP+) and confidently close high-ticket enrollments into our transformative programs.
  • Needs Analysis: Uncover clients’ core challenges and desires through skillful discovery conversations, aligning their goals with our proven solutions.
  • Objection Mastery: Handle resistance with finesse, turning hesitations into enthusiastic commitments.
  • Pipeline Management: Keep prospects engaged and motivated, nurturing them through follow-ups until they’re ready to commit.
  • Drive Revenue: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively enrolling high-value clients.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in sales, including high-ticket or consultative sales.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • A proven ability to overcome objections and close sales on the spot.
  • A self-starter attitude with the discipline to manage your own sales pipeline effectively.
  • Familiarity with Zoom-based sales or remote enrollment processes is a plus.

Compensation: $90 -150k+ uncapped OTE year 1 (based on experience and performance)

Experience & Expertise

  1. Sales Experience
    • Minimum 5+ years in sales, with at least 2 years focused on high-ticket closing (e.g., programs/services over $5,000).
  2. Proven Performance
    • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed quotas in a commission-based role.
  3. Industry Knowledge
    • Familiarity with consultative, needs-based selling methods and handling high-value clients (Director to VP+ level).
