Ruuby, the leading on-demand beauty services platform, is on the lookout for an experienced Hospitality Lead to spearhead our hospitality sales initiatives and partnerships. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep industry relationships in the hotel and spa space to scale Ruuby’s presence within the industry. With an emphasis on strategic growth, we are looking for a commercially minded leader in the space who will be instrumental in driving Ruuby’s expansion across UK & Europe.Â
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Build and maintain new business opportunities in the hospitality sector through industry contacts and strategic outreach, creating a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Sales and Closing: Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure, showcasing Ruuby’s value proposition to potential clients and effectively negotiating terms to secure new partnerships
- Sales Enablement: Develop tailored proposals and enablement materials that address the specific needs of each client, ensuring a high rate of conversion and client satisfaction while keeping your pipeline & CRM up to date.
- Market Analysis: Continuously monitor the hospitality industry for trends and opportunities, leveraging insights to refine and adapt your strategyÂ
- Relationship Management: Ensure retention of your existing deals with support of our incredible concierge team to ensure we are driving the most value for and from our clients.
Who you are:

- Deep industry knowledge: You have deep industry relationships across hospitality with 5+ years of experience in the hospitality OR luxury retail and beauty industries.
- Commercially savvy : You’ll be responsible for hunting your own leads and leading commercial negotiations to get deals done. You’ll have 3-5 years experience in B2B sales in the hotel and spa space. You have attention to detail and a track record of hitting sales targets.
- Self starter: We’re a fast paced business with big growth goals, you’re a self-starter who is hungry and dedicated to being a part of our story.
Salary: £30,000
