    An exciting and rare opportunity to join a well-known, global organisation based in Norwest who has an immediate need for a hardworking and capable individual to provide a high level of administrative support to the HR team and assist with sales support. 

    This is a pivotal role that provides high level administrative support to the HR function and will also assist the Senior Sales Manager in ensuring that relevant policies and procedures are maintained and communicated as well as completing high level, detail orientated and confidential administration duties.

    Specifically, within this role your responsibilities will include:

    • Providing Administrative support and ensuring appropriate processes are followed
    • Assisting with the onboarding details for new staff
    • Maintaining confidential details in company CRM
    • Preparing confidential letters
    • Ensuring that Job Descriptions are maintained for each position within the organisation
    • Following all OHS policies and procedures
    • Dealing with confidential information
    • Internal Sales support to the Sales Manager
    • Support State Managers and BDM’s with required sales follow up, coordination, and admin tasks
    •  Collect sales data, assess trends, that identify opportunities.
    • Any other adhoc admin duties assist with recruitment

    To be considered for this role the following skills and experience are critical:

    • Qualification or working towards obtaining your degree or certificate is highly desired 
    • Proven experience within an administrative support role highly advantageous but not essential
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
    • Strong level of computer literacy – must be confident within Microsoft Office suite
    • Ability to apply and interpret policies and procedures
    • Professional presentation and communication skills
    • Positive and proactive attitude – someone who can overcome obstacles and provide solutions
    • Highly confidential
    • Flexible and adaptable

    You must be triple vaccinated for this role.
