Hr Consultant Fully (Remote)

I am seeking an experienced HR Consultant with a passion for employment law and a talent for problem-solving for an amazing Client of mine. This role involves providing comprehensive HR advice and solutions to SMEs, with a focus on employee relations and employment law. If you are adept at handling complex HR issues and delivering exceptional customer service, this position offers a rewarding opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to a dynamic team. Day to day of the role: Provide expert HR advice to clients via phone, email, video conference, or face-to-face. Advise on a wide range of HR matters including absence management, misconduct, performance issues, redundancies, and TUPE transfers. Draft correspondence and attend sensitive meetings with employees. Support clients through employment tribunal processes, including case preparation. Ensure clients have effective contracts of employment and up-to-date employee handbooks. Utilise our unique HR Portals to manage client HR administration and communication. Work closely with the team to achieve individual and collective targets, building strong relationships with colleagues and clients. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3-5 years in an advisory role, focusing on employment law and employee relations. Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly. Ability to quickly build trust and credibility with clients. Strong IT skills, proficient in MS Office and experience with CRM and HR systems is desirable. A proactive and collaborative approach, willing to ‘muck in’ and adapt to change. A driving licence and use of your own vehicle for client visits and external meetings. Benefits: Full training on in-house software.
