Remote HR cum Personal Assistant (PA)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to manage human resources operations and provide administrative support remotely to [Executive/Director/Manager]. This role combines HR responsibilities with personal assistance tasks, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with potential candidates remotely.
- Manage job postings on online platforms and track applications.
- Conduct virtual onboarding and training for new employees.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
- Track attendance, leave, and payroll details through digital tools.
- Ensure compliance with remote work policies and applicable labor laws.
- Employee Engagement:
- Organize virtual team-building activities and engagement programs.
- Address employee queries and resolve concerns via remote communication channels.
- Assist in organizing online training and development programs.
- Policy Management:
- Develop, update, and ensure adherence to HR policies for remote work.
- Monitor and address remote work challenges proactively.
PA Responsibilities:
- Executive Support:
- Manage the executive’s virtual calendar, scheduling meetings and reminders.
- Handle email and communication on behalf of the executive.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documents remotely.
- Administrative Coordination:
- Arrange virtual meetings, webinars, and online conferences.
- Coordinate travel and accommodations (if required for occasional events).
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Task and Project Management:
- Track deadlines and prioritize tasks for the executive.
- Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Miscellaneous:
- Manage personal tasks for the executive as needed.
- Coordinate with third-party service providers or consultants remotely.
5. Collaboration & Team Leadership
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align business development strategies.
- Mentor and train junior team members to enhance their business development skills.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in HR or as a PA (remote experience is a plus).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in HR software/tools and remote collaboration platforms (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace).
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Time Management: Ability to work across multiple time zones and prioritize effectively.
- Confidentiality: Maintain discretion while handling sensitive information.
Work Environment:
- Location: Fully remote. Must have a reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace.
- Work Hours: Flexible; 10AM – 7PM (Lunch time 2PM- 3PM)
