Position Overview:
We are seeking an Assistant Manager/Manager of HR to drive global talent acquisition, HR compliance, and employee engagement across a dynamic, remote workforce. This role requires a proven leader who can efficiently oversee recruitment processes in diverse markets such as Bangladesh, the USA, India, Pakistan, the Philippines, Russia, Ukraine, Denmark, and the Netherlands. The ideal candidate will combine exceptional recruitment skills with a deep understanding of legal compliance, employee relations, and HR best practices. Success in this role requires strong organizational abilities, conflict resolution skills, and the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Location: Remote (anywhere in bangladesh)
Shift: Semi-Night Shift (5 PM to 2 AM BST)
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding for local and international roles.
- Develop and implement global recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various technical and leadership positions.
- Manage recruitment processes using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to ensure efficiency.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, role expectations, and timelines.
- Lead recruitment initiatives in regions such as Bangladesh, the USA, India, Pakistan, the Philippines, Russia, Ukraine, Denmark, and the Netherlands.
Legal Knowledge and Compliance:
- Ensure strict compliance with local and international labor laws across operational regions.
- Monitor global HR compliance issues, including data privacy, employment contracts, and work-hour regulations.
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive and productive remote work environment, addressing employee concerns with professionalism and sensitivity.
Employee Data Management:
- Manage and maintain ATS systems for accurate record-keeping, reporting, and employee data management.
- Leverage HR analytics and data to guide strategic decisions on recruitment, retention, and employee satisfaction.
Time Management and Organization:
- Work efficiently to meet tight deadlines across global time zones, ensuring high-quality results.
- Prioritize and manage multiple HR projects simultaneously, aligning with company objectives.
Probation Period: A one-month probationary period to assess performance and fit within the company, during which employees will receive 50% of the agreed salary.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields. Professional HR certifications are highly desirable.

- Extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment, both locally and internationally.
- Legal Knowledge and Compliance: Proficiency in understanding and applying global labor laws.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Google suite applications. Skilled in HR analytics and tools to evaluate hiring metrics and workforce performance. Familiarity with collaboration tools like Skype, Google meet, Zoom.

- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate offers and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Cultural Awareness: Strong understanding of cultural differences for effective global communication and collaboration.

Who We’re Looking For:
Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in HR management and global talent acquisition, with a proven track record in recruitment success.
Remote Work Adaptability: Comfortable working in a remote environment with experience in managing distributed teams.
Local & International Recruitment Expertise: Demonstrated success in developing effective recruitment strategies across regions like Bangladesh, USA, India, Pakistan, the Philippines, Russia, Ukraine, Denmark, and the Netherlands.
Remote Employee Management: Prior experience in managing employee relations for remote teams, fostering engagement, and addressing challenges.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in ATS platforms, and virtual collaboration systems.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical abilities for quick decision-making using HR data and metrics.
Fluency in English: Excellent written and spoken English skills, with multilingual abilities as a bonus.
