We are seeking an experienced **HR Manager** to join a leading retail brand in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. You will play a key role in shaping the company’s HR strategy, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and supporting the company’s growth and culture.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent across various retail positions.
– Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
– Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and retention strategies.
– Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
– Provide strategic guidance to management on HR best practices.

**Qualifications:**
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, ideally within the retail industry.
– Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws.
