Hr Manager (Remote)

Job description / Role

– Charterhouse is working with an established organisation within interior design who are looking to hire a HR Manager to lead and develop their Human Resources Function. It is essential for the candidate to be an Arabic Speaker.
– The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the groups HR Function to support organisation goals and business growth.
– This role will be the main point of contact for all employees, as well as develop and execute the HR strategy and implement new processes, as well as developing company policies and procedures to ensure the business is compliant with the UAE labour law.
– Reporting to the Founder, the HR Manager will oversee the full employee life-cycle starting from the interview process, to ensure the best fit candidates are identified and selected to meet the business requirements.
– The HR Manager will manage the execution of performance management, staff appraisals and performance reviews, lead talent management and retention by recommending best-practice workplace initiatives.
– This role will also be responsible for employee relations, addressing any issues and recommending improvements.

– To be considered for this role, the candidate must have at least 5 years HR Experience with a minimum of 5 years within a Leadership Role.
– The ideal candidate will hold a qualification within a related field; however, they must have excellent knowledge of the UAE employment law.
– The successful candidate will be a strong communicator and decision maker with experience working within an organisation with over 50 employees.
– The candidate will have a professional and personable approach with attention to detail, exceptional organisational skills, and must have excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, written and verbal.
