Position: Remote Medical CSR
Pay: $17/hr. Weekly Pay plus Benefits
Schedule: 8am-9pm EST. M-Fri (8hr Shift between these hours will be assigned)
Equipment Provided and shipped directly.
Start Date: November 2024
- MUST BE RESIDE IN THE FOLLOWING STATES OF UT, FL, AZ, GA, KY, or TX FOR CONSIDERATION***
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to insurance companies to verify patient benefits and coverage.
- Investigate and resolve benefit-related issues and discrepancies.
- Communicate with patients to explain their benefits.
- Maintain accurate records of benefit investigations in the system.
Qualifications: MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR OR MEDICAL BENEFITS EXPERIENCE (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- Experience in medical benefit investigation (preferred but not required).
- Strong understanding of health insurance plans and coverage.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
- Adhere to all required KPI’s.
- High Speed internet with modem access
