Raya Smart Buildings; one of Raya’s subsidiaries, is expanding out talent database with the following job post “Marketing Senior Executive”

What will you do?
– Perform the recruitment process for job vacancies
– Manage the onboarding process for new joiners (Induction)
– Provide HR support and advice to employees, explaining policies and procedures in a timely and effective manner
– Manage the exit interview process and analyze the results
– Assist in the learning needs analysis process
– Keep the HR system updated with accurate data
– Manage the performance management process (JD – Objectives Setting – Evaluation)
– Plan and implement employee engagement activities.

– From 3 to 5 years of HR experience
– Excellent English communication skills
– Bachelor’s degree
– HR certification is preferred.
