A recently initiated research project is dedicated to the application of management systems in personal life. A multi-disciplinary research team explores the structure and application of personal administration at individual, couple and family level. The result of the research project is a series of tools, templates, toolkits, publications and training courses content.
LMSL, the Life Management Science Labs, has been established to commercialize activities using the above mentioned research insights. LMSL is an organization aiming to empower people all over the world to transform their lives based on the research by The Institute for Life Management Science, which identifies and structures all aspects of human life into a comprehensive architecture.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Support the Operations Department at LMSL with HR-related matters and develop new processes for HR where relevant.
- Manage the Team360 performance review system, including deployment, improvement, and ensuring its effectiveness in driving performance excellence.
- Oversee the Overtime and Promotion dashboards, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Create birthday and anniversary posts to celebrate and recognize our employees’ milestones and contributions.
- Facilitate general onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Develop and manage internal training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Act as the main point of contact between LMSL and the HR ecosystem at The KPI Institute, fostering strong relationships and staying abreast of industry best practices.
- Lead the offboarding process with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive exit experience for departing employees.
- Address employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and mediation, to maintain a harmonious work environment.
- Assist in the creation of job descriptions, practical evaluations and formulation of new roles to meet evolving business needs & support in recruitment as needed.
- Help to maintain the employee database by updating organizational charts, employee data, and other relevant information
We expect you to:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 4-5 years of experience in HR roles with a focus on performance management, employee relations, and HR operations.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Experience in implementing and managing performance review systems and HRIS platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
