We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Systems Analyst to join our Human Resources team. This is an exciting time to join the team as we are about to embark on a system optimisation project with our existing system Zellis Resourcelink, which consists of a complete review of all HR & Payroll processes and system design. This is a varied role working with stakeholders across the business.
The hours of work are Monday – Friday, 40 hours a week. The role is fully remote, however the candidate can work at the Head offices in Diss, Norfolk if preferred.
Key responsibilities and duties include:
- The main focus of the role is to support the HR systems projects, working with our system providers, CVS employees and third party consultants to assist with the System optimisation project alongside ongoing system improvements and design
- Be responsible for regular system maintenance and troubleshooting
- Work with HR admin and Payroll to Implement processes to ensure data integrity controls are in place and system data is accurate
- Support the HR System Administrator with complex queries and escalations
- Line management of the HR Systems Administrator
- Ad-hoc reporting
Key skills and experience required include:
- You will have hands-on experience implementing, configuring and/or supporting HR Information Systems, experience of working with Zellis (NGA) ResourceLink is preferred but not essential.
- Previous HR experience is preferred but not essential
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Ability to document requirements and processes
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
- A driven attitude around process improvement
- Desire to work in a fast paced and varied role
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Applications, especially Excel
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear and accurate information in a suitable format for business use
- Experience of data cleansing/ data analysis/ data manipulation/ problem solving
