What We’re Looking For
As an HR Technology Manager, you will oversee the configuration, implementation, and ongoing management of Workday (our Workforce Management system). Reporting to the Sr Director of HR Technology, Insights, and Operations on our People & Places team, you will leverage your deep technical knowledge, analytical capabilities, solution architecture skills, and HR process expertise to drive the design and implementation of solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday administration and configuration and experience leading HR technology projects and training end-users.
What You’ll Be Working On
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday, providing guidance and support to the HR team on system functionality, reporting, and process improvements
- Manage the configuration and maintenance of Workday, including setting up new modules, updating existing workflows, and troubleshooting issues
- Collaborate with IT/Business Systems to ensure the smooth integration of Workday with other HR and business systems
- Develop and deliver training programs to educate end-users on the effective use of Workday
- Analyze HR data and generate reports to support strategic decision-making and compliance requirements
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of new HR technology solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational needs
- Manage the HR technology project roadmap, including the planning, implementation, and change management of new initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Workday features, releases, and industry best practices, and recommend improvements to enhance system performance
We’d love to hear from people with
- Minimum of 5+ years of Workday configuration experience (ideally a mix of HCM, Onboarding, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, etc.)
- Ability to be a natural problem-solver with strong analytical and technical skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- A strong track record of working successfully with cross-functional partners in HR, Payroll & Finance, Business Systems, IT and Legal
- A passion for staying up-to-date on the latest Workday features and HR industry trends
