Role & Responsibilities :

Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and target markets through research, networking, and variouslead generation strategies. Collaborate with marketing teams to leverage existing leads and generate new prospects.

Funnel Creation: Develop and maintain a robust sales funnel by actively nurturing leads, following up on inquiries, and engaging with prospective clients through calls, emails, and meetings.

Sales Closure: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our HRMS solutions. Address client concerns, objections, and queries effectively to close sales and achieve revenue targets.

Payment Collection: Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely and smooth payment collection from clients, maintaining healthy financial relationships.

Brand Building: Promote the company’s HRMS offerings through attending industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the HR industry.

Client Relationship Management: Establish strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to understand their HRMS needs and provide them with tailored solutions to meet their requirements effectively.

Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, competitors’ activities, and market demands to enhance the sales strategy and product positioning.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless customer experiences and gather feedback for continuous improvement

Qualifications:

  • Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills
  • Knowledge of HRMS software or related enterprise solutions
  • Experience in B2B sales and meeting sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in sales, with at least 5-6 years of experience in selling HRMS software, Payroll, Time attendance or related B2B solutions.
  • Strong understanding of HRMS functionalities and the ability to communicate its benefits to potential clients effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Adept at building and nurturing relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using CRM software to manage leads, track sales progress, and report on performance metrics.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required
