Years of Experience: Minimum of 10 years experience in Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ), operations, and business development.

Job Description

The incumbent shall provide necessary assistance and liaison with the Country Manager in all matters relating to daily operational, management, and business development activities including but not limited to:

• Demonstrate a clear commitment to HSEQ policy matters through implementation, establishment, and investigation of all HSEQ policy and procedure requirements.
• Develop and review on a continuous basis all HSE program procedures and manuals to reflect the HSEQ Integrated Management System, aims, and objectives including compliance with 18001 OHSAS and any relevant regulations, codes of practice, or recognized industrial standards.
• Provide practical guidance, information, and assistance to all managers and relevant personnel on the application and implementation of the company’s Health, Safety, and Environment policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of all company sites and facilities and evaluate the level of HSE performance in compliance with the relevant IMS company standards and procedures. Provide recommendations for action and follow up as required.
• Maintain the quality system to a level that fulfills the company quality policy and objectives.
• Ensure company quality records are maintained and controlled.
• Coordinate with managers to ensure HSE and quality training for all employees is taking place as per the standard training matrix.
• Carry out site visits as per plan for quality audits and report to Corp. HSEQ Manager and Division Managers.
• Ensure subordinates are fully implementing company HSEQ IMS within their scope of responsibilities for onshore and offshore operations.
• Develop, upgrade, and implement the Quality Management System related to ISO 9001:2008 versions.
• Conduct internal and external audits within division operational sites to assess compliance with the quality system requirements.
• Develop subordinates’ HSEQ competency.

• Possess excellent quality control, safety, and handling skills.
• Good experience in HSEQ.
• Excellent management skills.
• Detailed knowledge of all types of operations.
