We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HubSpot Implementation Expert to lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of HubSpot for our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with HubSpot’s CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs, and will work closely with various departments to ensure a seamless setup and integration. This role requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of HubSpot’s capabilities, and the ability to train teams on the platform’s functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- HubSpot Setup & Configuration:
- Implement and configure HubSpot to align with business goals.
- Customize workflows, pipelines, and data fields to optimize CRM processes.
- Set up and integrate various HubSpot tools (Marketing, Sales, Service) with third-party systems.
- Project Management:
- Manage the end-to-end HubSpot implementation project, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure a smooth transition from existing systems and lead data migration efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, customer service) to identify and address specific needs.
- Optimization & Customization:
- Create and optimize automated workflows, lead scoring models, and reporting dashboards.
- Customize email marketing, landing pages, and campaign management functionalities to maximize customer engagement.
- Perform system updates and ensure HubSpot remains aligned with organizational objectives.
- Training & Support:
- Provide comprehensive training to teams on HubSpot tools and best practices.
- Troubleshoot issues and offer ongoing support post-implementation.
- Document processes, configurations, and solutions for future reference.
- Data Management & Reporting:
- Oversee data quality and hygiene, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Generate reports and insights from HubSpot’s analytics to drive decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in implementing HubSpot CRM and associated hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service).
- HubSpot certifications are strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of CRM workflows, lead generation, marketing automation, and sales enablement.
- Experience with data migration and integrating HubSpot with other tools (e.g., Salesforce, Slack, Google Workspace).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to train and support teams with varying levels of technical proficiency.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with other CRM systems and marketing tools.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization.
- Experience in creating custom reports and dashboards.
