About Opening –
We are looking for a Hubspot Resource who is Certified in Hubspot and have past experience in working as a Hubspot Implementation Specialist. This is a requirement for one of our Overseas Client. You will he hired by Softlab Solutions on behalf of our client here in India. The Job is a remote job Work From Home. Our client is a fast-growing digital marketing agency headquartered in the United States.
The Job (HubSpot)
The Marketing Implementation Specialist is responsible for managing client projects and fully leveraging the capabilities of HubSpot. Working closely with cross-functional teams; designers, copywriters, project managers, and the client strategy team, this role will implement all programmatic, creative, and operational initiatives. This person will have a strong foundation in marketing platform strategy, and automation, and will be tasked with creating, implementing, and improving best practices ensuring continual enhancement of digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is technical, semi-creative, organized, results-driven, has strong attention to detail, and has a passion for digital marketing software and integrations.
What you’ll do –
- Responsible for email marketing program development and execution, including creative build, persona segmentation (list building), testing, and deployment.
- Maintain Marketing Automation integration with CRM and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software.
- Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the marketing team.
- Work with clients to define KPIs, create reports, build dashboards, and analyze campaign performance. Provide recommendations to improve campaigns continuously.
- Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth.
- Support essential marketing operations initiatives in different marketing automation platforms, such as managing the lifecycle stages, lead scoring, contact nurturing, segmentation, email automation, and data hygiene.
What we are looking for –
- 3 plus years working with HubSpot
- Fluent English
- Experience documenting and building Sales, Marketing and/or Service processes
- Tech-Savvy
- Proven HTML and CSS knowledge a huge plus [not required]
- You enjoy researching and learning new marketing technologies.
- You have superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be highly organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency.
- Keen attention to detail
- Strong customer service and presenting skills.
- Strong collaborator.
- Great research skills and figure-it-out mentality.
