Position Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on HubSpot Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of technical projects within HubSpot CRM, covering onboarding, setup, and monthly maintenance. This role focuses on coordinating with technical teams and directly communicating with clients to ensure successful project completion. You will not be executing technical tasks but will be responsible for ensuring seamless project flow and proposing next steps to clients to meet their evolving needs.
Key Responsibilities:
HubSpot Project Management (Onboarding, Setup, and Monthly Activities)
- Oversee and manage the efficient completion of technical projects within HubSpot CRM, including onboarding, setup, and ongoing maintenance.
- Work closely with dedicated technical experts to ensure timely execution and quality results, monitoring progress and addressing any issues promptly.
Client Communication and Next-Step Planning
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed about project status and milestones.
- Propose actionable next steps to clients to optimize their HubSpot setup, address new requirements, or take advantage of emerging platform capabilities.
- Collect client feedback and assess future needs to provide relevant recommendations for continued success.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with the agency’s technical/automation team to align project deliverables with client objectives.
- Facilitate clear communication across both internal and client teams, ensuring that technical execution aligns with the client’s strategic goals and timelines.
Presales and Demo Support for HubSpot CRM
- Support presales activities, by participating in pre-sales meetings with potential clients to understand the prospects’ needs and facilitate solution scoping
- Present demos, showcasing HubSpot’s CRM capabilities to meet client needs.
Solution Development & Strategy
- Analyze client business processes and oversee the development of tailored HubSpot solutions through the technical team.
- Identify additional growth opportunities, advising clients on potential strategies for increased engagement and performance.
- Assist in defining solution roadmaps to support long-term client goals and business development, with execution handled by technical resources.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Experience and Expertise:
- 3+ years of experience in HubSpot project management, CRM setup, and ongoing maintenance.
- Proven proficiency in managing end-to-end HubSpot projects, including onboarding, training, configuration, and support.
- Strong technical knowledge of HubSpot CRM capabilities with a background in solution scoping and demos.
- Experience in solution development, strategic planning, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Proven track record of delivering technical projects on time and within scope, with the ability to support presales and demos effectively.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to work successfully with cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of sales processes and CRM requirements to align solutions with client goals.
- Certifications:
- HubSpot certifications in project management, CRM, or onboarding are preferred.
- Project Management Certification is a plus
