Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced HubSpot & Salesforce Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience with both HubSpot and Salesforce, with expertise in discovery, architecture, and implementation of large-scale projects. This role requires in-depth knowledge of HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub, as well as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. Experience in setting up and managing the HubSpot-Salesforce integration is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Discovery & Strategy:
- Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions to understand client business needs, goals, and pain points
- Audit existing HubSpot and Salesforce instances to identify gaps and opportunities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for CRM implementation, migration, and optimization
- Design and implement scalable HubSpot and Salesforce architectures tailored to client needs
- Configure HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
- Oversee the setup and management of HubSpot-Salesforce integration, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including data migration, custom workflows, and automation
- Create and manage custom fields, pipelines, and reporting dashboards
- Ensure best practices are followed for data hygiene and CRM governance
- Provide training sessions for client teams to ensure adoption and effective use of both platforms
- Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for complex CRM challenges
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and development, to deliver cohesive solutions
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and project alignment
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HubSpot and Salesforce, with a proven track record of successful implementations
- Expertise in HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
- Experience setting up and managing HubSpot-Salesforce integration, including custom mappings and workflows
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, sales enablement, and customer service processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design creative, scalable solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- HubSpot and Salesforce certifications are highly desirable
