The Role

As Synx’s HubSpot Solutions Engineer, you’ll play a key role in designing and delivering end-to-end HubSpot solutions for clients across various industries. You’ll collaborate with sales teams during pre-sales, lead technical project delivery, and ensure that every solution is both scalable and tailored to client needs.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on both strategy and execution—someone who wants to see the direct impact of their work as clients unlock the full potential of the HubSpot platform.

What you’ll be doing:

• Pre-sales solutions design: Collaborate with sales and technical teams to define the architecture and scope for HubSpot implementations.
• Client discovery & requirements: Lead discovery sessions to understand client needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Documentation & solution presentations: Create technical documentation and support solution presentations to showcase the value of your tailored HubSpot configurations.
• Configuration & delivery: Oversee the configuration and customisation of HubSpot, ensuring it aligns with the client’s unique business needs.
• Data migration & quality assurance: Lead data migration efforts, ensuring accuracy and system integrity, followed by thorough QA testing.
• Post-implementation support: Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure the success of each implementation.

About You

You’re passionate about technology and excited by the idea of making a tangible difference in how businesses operate. You’ve got deep experience with HubSpot, a strong technical background, and love getting into the details of implementation and delivery. More than that, you’re proactive, solutions-oriented, and ready to collaborate in a dynamic, remote-first environment.

• HubSpot expertise: Proven experience with HubSpot’s ecosystem—configuration, automation, and integration.
• Technical proficiency: Ability to create and read technical documentation (ERDs, API specs, etc.).
• Project leadership: You’ve successfully led CRM projects from concept to completion.
• Collaboration skills: Remote work is no problem for you; you thrive in cross-functional teams.
