HR Recruiter – Key Responsibilities

Perform recruitment calls and consultations with candidates from Interior Design, IT, and Content Creation, Education, News and Media, Sales and Marketing fields.
Handle communication (messages, calls), complete assessment tasks, and manage hiring formalities with candidates.
Build The team and assign tasks to your team, ensuring efficient management and coordination of team responsibilities.
Take accountability for the entire hiring process.
Lead team-building efforts and manage team dynamics.
Schedule appointments with key stakeholders for news interviews in the following categories: Finance, Education, Real Estate, Health, Spirituality, Religion, Legal, History, and Geopolitics.
