- To research and understand our client’s businesses, key influencers and ways of working to align your approach and advice with their culture and needs.

- To work on internal projects and personal development on non-client delivery days, researching new products, sharing learning with the team, recording lessons learned and updating tools and templates as required.
- To manage your own time and approach with clients, ensuring our clients receive exceptional service whilst projects remain commercially viable.
- To accurately track and record time spent on activities to ensure client billing is correct and enable workforce planning.
- To enjoy your role! We want you to love what you do and enjoy working with our clients.
