Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team and provide remote support. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing customer requirements, sizing equipment and systems, and preparing detailed cost estimates and proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments either in person or via video footage provided by the client
• Measure and document existing equipment, piping, and infrastructure to determine system requirements
• Size compressors, air distribution systems, and other equipment based on the client’s needs
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and installation
• Develop proposals and interim quotes for clients in the company’s CRM system
• Collaborate with the sales team to finalize proposals and secure new busine
• Provide technical support and guidance to the client as needed

Qualification

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Estimator, preferably in the HVAC, industrial equipment, or a similar field
• Strong understanding of compressed air systems and equipment
• Proficient in using AutoCAD or similar CAD software for creating drawings a diagrams
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proposal generation
• Clear English speaking
• Experience using quoting systems
• Ideally with experience in piping systems or with a mechanical background
• Ideally with experience in mechanical estimating.
• Ability to put together simple cad drawings for piping layouts for factories.
• Ability to read through tender documents and give an outline back to sales engineers as to the scope of the project in summary then provide estimations based on the tender.

Adhoc tasks

• High end BDM work. This could include targeted phone calling to prospect clients then passing warm leads back to our inhouse head BDM
• Telemarketing for specific themes or projec
• List building or cleansing via telephone and spread sheets.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday (6AM-3PM; Manila Time)

Work Setup (WFH)

• Permanent Homebased
• Equipment will be provided by Outsourced
• Candidates are required to have a stable/reliable internet connection at home with at least 20MBPS for BOTH download AND upload speed.
