Hyperautomation Consultant (Remote)

Being responsible for supporting the development lifecycle of automated processes in the RPA, IDP, AI, CM, and Chatbot platforms. This may include interpreting current working practices, designing automated workflows, training new custom AI models, and developing, testing, and releasing automations and machine learning (ML) models to the Intelligent Digital Automation Platform. It may also include providing support and training for clients and users of the technology.

The role will require the individual to work across a number of business areas, ranging from project stakeholders at all levels within customer organizations to the internal Unite teams across sales and solution development.

Hyperautomation Consultant is responsible for delivering business-critical outcomes to its customers, being required to meet both service and performance level agreements. For this reason, a demonstrable understanding of IT systems and practices is crucial to the role, as well as good communication skills.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Analyze business problems, develop technology solutions to those problems, and manage the project through its lifecycle.
• Provide primary support for assigned systems and applications; provide backup support for other systems as needed.
• Work independently with limited support.
• Supervise all application development phases, including testing and documentation.

Technical:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferred Computer Engineering or Software Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with UiPath, BluePrism, Power Automate or similar RPA projects.
• Preferably familiar with UiPath and low-code culture.
• Preferably familiar with UiPath Document Understanding or ABBYY Vantage.
• Experience in Druid AI or Google Dialogflow is a plus.
• Experience in UiPath Communication Mining is a plus.
• Experience in Node.js or C# or Vb.Net or any scripting language is a plus.
• Experience in SOAP or REST API services is a plus.
• Experience in customer management.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Advanced knowledge of at least one scripting language is a plus.
• Ability to interpret and adapt to new business and technical processes.
• Advanced knowledge of logic process flows and design.
