We are seeking an experienced Business Developer in the blockchain sector to build strong networks, and drive growth in the crypto market. We are looking for someone who has: • 2+ years of experience focused specifically blockchain on networking and business development • Having an existing network of influencers for growing our marketing campaigns • Have an existing connections within the blockchain ecosystem, exchanges etc. • A deep understanding of crypto markets • Able to speak and write business level of English and Turkish language proficiency (Turkish is mandatory) • Advanced research and analysis skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills (Turkish and English) • Strong understanding of telegram/twitter community strategies and marketing • Keeping a careful eye on blockchain projects, news and influencers • A “can do” approach even if faced by difficulties and setbacks. • Energetic, outgoing, proactive, creative and have attention to details. What does a Business Developer do at 10SecLabs? • Investigates new network opportunities, prepares growth plans in these areas and develops strong relationships for long-term business strategies. • Manages process of partnership with counterparts (such as projects, companies, marketing agencies, influencers etc), meetings, making partnership agreements by involving necessary departments and their implementation into daily operations. • Analyses the productivity of partners’ activities and finds alternative solutions for low ones. • Follows sectoral developments, market trends and other projects’ activities. • Takes active role in projects growing campaigns and reports the results. • Works in harmony with PR team members to monitor work and ensure that the process progresses in accordance with deadlines. • Updates necessary data batches into company’s archive system daily basis • Acts with high level awareness of time management, follows regular tasks in timely manner If you meet the above requirements and are passionate your job, we are waiting to hear from you!
