Iam Security Senior Manager Role (Remote)

We are seeking a skilled and passionate IAM Security Professional/Executive to join our team. As Identity/IAM Security Senior Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative IAM Security solutions to address complex business challenges. Your role will involve influencing key decisions, providing advisory support across multiple teams, and ensuring that security delivery is both effective and efficient

Responsibilities

As a Identity/IAM Security Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and delivery of Identity Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets). You are expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep knowledge and experience in Identity Security. You should have influencing and advisory skills, and be responsible for team decisions. Additionally, you will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. You are also expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

• Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance Identity Security Delivery Governance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful IAM project delivery
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in Identity Security Delivery

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or Security fields, such as Information Systems, Computer Security, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in a identity security delivery or similar role.
• Knowledge of topics related to identity and access management (e.g. directory services, identity life-cycle, processes for granting and revoking privileges, privileged access PAM) and identity management tools/systems (e.g. solutions from SailPoint, One Identity, ForgeRock, Okta, CyberArk, Omada).
• IAM vendors experience in at least one of major’s players, like SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Omada, ForgeRock, IBM Security, SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft AD and EntraID, OneLogin, RSA SecureID, etc.
• Implementation of IAM in cloud environments.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills in addition to strong attention to detail.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and collaboration in professional setting.
• Ability to adapt to different businesses/stakeholders
• Knowledge of standards and frameworks such as ISO27001, NIST, PCI, OWASP, GDPR among others.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• IAM related vendor certification(s). (SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity, Okta, ForgeRock, CyberArk, Microsoft etc.)
• Hands-on experience in any of the major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Cybersecurity Masters or relevant security certifications (e.g., CCSP, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, etc.)
