The Image Analyst will lead the quality control, management, organization, and curation of clinical research data. This role is critical in ensuring that data within the company is accurate, accessible, and usable for research and development, as well as for commercial purposes. The Image Analyst will work cross-functionally with IT, research and development teams, clinical teams, and external partners to manage Telix data throughout its lifecycle.

Key Accountabilities

  • Oversee the collection, organization, and maintenance of large datasets, ensuring data integrity is maintained.
  • Collaborate with internal customers and stakeholders to define and deliver data management needs.
  • Support development of data standards and procedures, with regards to the internal and external regulatory frameworks (e.g., GCP, HIPAA, GDPR as required).
  • Provide expertise and support for clinical and research applications involving curated data.
  • Develop and manage documentation related to data curation, including data dictionaries, metadata standards, and data management plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of data systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in data curation technologies and best practices and incorporate them into the data curation strategy and processes.

Education And Experience

  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Data Science, Information Management, Bioinformatics, or a related field required; a Master’s degree preferred.
  • Evidence of background in managing large or complex dataset, including collection, organization and maintenance.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering complex data management projects on time.
  • Experience working in a healthcare regulated environment preferred.

Desirable Skills And Experience

  • Experience in the medical device or healthcare technology industry.
  • Familiarity with imaging technologies, such as PET, SPECT, MRI, CT, PACS.
  • Knowledge of image processing and analysis software, and computer systems validation.
  • Understanding of data security and privacy issues related to medical imaging.
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results on time.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills, with the ability to convey data concepts clearly and concisely to various audiences
