Location: 100% remote, with a requirement to work within the 8 AM – 5 PM PST time zone, regardless of your local time zone.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced iManage Consultant or Project Engineer who will collaborate with a team of engineers to support clients across the country. You will specialize in iManage solutions, assisting clients with the successful implementation and integration of iManage Cloud and On-Premises systems. The role combines technical expertise in iManage with strong consulting skills to deliver high-quality solutions that drive client satisfaction and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead iManage implementation projects from start to finish, including system implementations, document migrations, and iManage cloud-to-cloud migrations
• Conduct needs assessments and create customized implementation strategies
• Provide expert advice on document management and workflow optimization using iManage
• Configure and customize iManage solutions to meet client needs
• Collaborate with clients’ IT teams to ensure smooth system integration
• Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve challenges during implementation
• Create comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, configurations, and training materials
• Act as a liaison between clients and iManage support teams when necessary
• Stay informed on iManage product developments and industry trends

Requirements:

• 5+ years of consulting experience, specifically in iManage implementations
• Proven experience with iManage Cloud deployments, particularly in legal and professional services environments
• Strong knowledge of document management systems, workflow processes, and information governance
• Expertise in iManage products, including Security Policy Manager and RAVN
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• Knowledge of REST APIs and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) is highly desirable
• Familiarity with legal industry processes and terminology
• iManage certifications (e.g., iManage Cloud Onboarding Technical Specialist) are a plus
• Experience working in a law firm is a major advantage
