Migration Consultant/Registered Migration Agent

Our client, a long-standing and leading Migration firm in Australia, is seeking an experienced Migration Consultant/Registered Migration Agent to join their growing team. They are known for delivering exceptional visa results for both corporate and individual clients, as well as for providing a high level of customer service and their ability to provide clear, straightforward migration advice.

You will have the opportunity to Work from Home or from their Sydney office, access to highly experienced professionals with over 40 years of Industry experience, and the chance to work on a variety of cases while receiving support from Case Managers and Migration Assistants as you help drive the business forward.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide expert visa advice to clients during consultations, as well as responding to client queries & requests within the specified timeframe
• Identify new and possible markets & leads and convert into sales
• Provide accurate and expert Migration Advice to clients and undertake Legal Research as required to support applications
• Communicate migration strategies with Case Managers using internal systems and processes
• Manage a high volume of work while maintaining high professional standards and attention to detail
• Communicating with government authorities
• Review applications thoroughly before lodgement
• Undertake other tasks relevant to as and when required by management

What we’re looking for:

• Hold a current OMARA Registration
• 2 years of previous experience as an Immigration Consultant/RMA
• Strong technical knowledge of Australian immigration laws and policy.
• Exposure working across Employer Sponsored Visas and Family Visas
• Have knowledge of all different types of Skill Assessments requirements and documentation
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• High attention to detail and ability to work within tight deadlines
