Essential Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Needs Assessment and Planning:
- Gather and clarify client requirements, aligning them with CareATC services.
- Proactively identify and address potential client needs.
- Translate requirements into detailed project plans.
- Keep clients and internal stakeholders informed about project timelines, milestones, and potential challenges.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns, resolving issues efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts, fostering trust and collaboration.
Project Management and Coordination
- Project Execution:
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, task assignments, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional teams (clinical, operations, IT, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate implementation.
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Optimize resource allocation and track expenses to maintain project budgets.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent in public policy, business administration, health administration, or equivalent experience required.
- PMP certification is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, demonstrating an ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects from discovery to completion.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing healthcare-related projects including directly managing the openings of new healthcare facilities.
- Minimum 2 years experience handling complex, ambiguous, and rapidly evolving tasks and environments in a healthcare organization.
- Familiarity with occupation health, primary care, and lab medical equipment.
- Strong Project Management Skills: Leads and manages teams effectively, prioritizes tasks, and delivers timely results.
- Process-Oriented and Strategic: Employs a structured approach to problem-solving and strategic planning.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrates a history of successful project delivery and achieving business objectives.
- Solid Foundation in Project Management: Possesses a strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- This is a remote position with a minimum of 35% anticipated travel to support implementations.
