Responsibilities

  • Develops, coordinates, and tracks overall Veracross software implementations, task schedules, and resources to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery  
    • Coordinates effective implementation kickoffs for each school, including discovery of school specific goals, setting expectations for Veracross and school project roles and verifying timelines  
      • Conducts regular reviews of current and upcoming milestones, staffing, timelines, and process expectations to ensure clarity of status for schools as they continue through their implementation(s) 
        • Solicits ongoing feedback from schools regarding how current projects are progressing. Confirms that  schools have the right context and clarity regarding the process and goals of in-progress implementations 
          • Ensures Veracross project tools are maintained for assigned projects  
          • Coordinates with school personnel to ensure school activities are clearly communicated, understood, and are tracking to plan:  
            • Ensures school personnel complete required self-paced training assignments per plan 
              • Ensures required school personal attend live training and configuration sessions with Veracross experts  
                • Works with School Project Manager to ensure effective communication and change management across school stakeholders  
                • Coordinates across assigned Veracross implementation resources: 
                  • Collaborates frequently with internal Veracross global implementation consultants and engineers to ensure implementation plans and assignments are tracking to plan 
                    • Provides school-specific context and considerations to internal Veracross staff. May include specific sales notes, timeline considerations, Australian market perspectives, etc. 
                      • Provides details to internal Veracross staff based on feedback, goals or plan changes shared during regular project reviews with school  
                      • Leads product specific implementation delivery tasks across multiple Veracross modules: 
                        • Provide regular training sessions with schools to guide configurations, testing and process efficiency 
                          • Lead personalized consulting sessions to provide workflow consulting, guidance on school configuration, and answer questions about business needs 
                            • Orchestrate successful change management, where configurations are tested, revised, approved, and deployed.  
                              • Our team has the opportunity to be fully remote or utilize our offices on the Gold Coast! This role is based in Australia, and citizenship or permanent residence is required
                              • 20 days holiday, plus public holidays
                              • Christmas break – take the days off between Christmas and New Years without dipping into any annual leave, whilst still receiving your normal pay.
                              • Superannuation contribution (on top of base salary)

                                • This role is based in Australia, and citizenship or permanent residence is required  
                                • University degree or equivalent experience 
                                • 2+ years’ experience working for or working with Australian independent schools  
                                • 2+ years of experience in technical project management or implementing SAAS based software solutions preferred 
                                • Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to communicate effectively across broad range of roles from individual contributor to senior leadership  
                                • Experience in Project Management, ideally in implementing software solutions. 
                                • Ability to make decisions and recommendations under limited direction and using a high degree of initiative and independent judgement 
                                • Ability to learn complex, enterprise level software systems at a level that supports teaching others. Willingness to learn independently, leveraging available self-study resources  
                                • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment 
                                • Experience working with remote, global and/or matrix organizations preferred  
                                • Ability to travel within Australia (with applicable Working with Children Check certificate(s)) – TBD
