In Station Its Engineer (Remote)

Job description / Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IN-Station ITS Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of intelligent transportation systems (ITS) at our stations. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and a passion for enhancing transportation efficiency and safety through innovative technology solutions. As an IN-Station ITS Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver state-of-the-art ITS solutions that meet the needs of our users and comply with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:
? Responsible for in-station SCOOT configuration and validation (central server and database).
? Shall have at least seven (7) years of experience working on live centralized SCOOT Server
? Capable of interpreting results and recommendations of Traffic Analysis Studies and incorporating them into SCOOT parameters.
? Experienced in design practices and specifications used in Dubai.
? Operational knowledge in Siemens ST800 and ST950 traffic signal controllers with working knowledge of traffic engineering principles, SCOOT/UTC, VA, CLF, EPROM testing and IC4 configuration.
? Experienced in preparing periodic progress reports and presentations to RTA.
