What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Define the vision and strategy for the ServiceNow Incident Management product in partnership with Digital Technologies stakeholders
- Manage the project and enhancement backlog, prioritizing based on business needs
- Lead system configuration projects, including discovery meetings, user story creation, and documentation
- Act as a Business Analyst to translate business requirements into system requirements
- Support ServiceNow upgrades and lead testing for system enhancements
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in product management or technology configurations
- Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including incident management
- Demonstrated experience with ITIL processes, preferably with DT operations/shared services
- U.S. citizenship is required due to access restrictions under this program/contract
