Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Industry expert/ SME to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive domain expertise and a proven track record in building customized solutions and presales. This outward-facing role is pivotal in driving our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, engaging in presales activities, and providing thought leadership to secure business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Approach:

  • Employ a needs vs. required approach to develop solutions that add significant value.
  • Focus on ensuring solutions drive measurable results for clients.

Solutioning and Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the client partners and cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that align closely with customer problems and needs.
  • Foster collaboration and teamwork to overcome challenges and deliver optimal solutions.

Thought leadership:

  • Generate ideas/ thoughts to boost industry presence
  • Engaging with the community to create blogs/ whitepapers

RFP Management:

  • Thoroughly review and analyze the Request for Proposal (RFP) to understand client requirements and objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive deal briefing decks outlining objectives, timelines, competition, and strategic insights.

Value Proposition Development:

  • Craft compelling value propositions that leverage our strengths and showcase our unique proposition.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to build/propose a differentiator for our offerings effectively.

Proposal and Presentation:

  • Lead the creation and delivery of proposal orals and defense presentations, demonstrating our value-add solutions and strategic approach.
  • Excel in presales activities, providing expert guidance and insights to potential clients.

Program Management Understanding:

  • While not essential, an understanding of program management is advantageous. The candidate should be willing to learn and adapt, leveraging their business solutioning experience.

Differentiation and Innovation:

  • Create differentiation strategies that set our solutions acceptable as per the white spaces
  • Ensure solution creation is tailored to the specific challenges and needs of customers, providing innovative and effective answers to their problems.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in industry leadership roles with a strong focus on GTM, presales, and solutioning.
  • Exceptional skills in competitor analysis, proposal presentations, and presales engagements.
  • Excellent collaboration, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong business and domain acumen with the ability to understand and address complex client challenges.
