We curate, personalize, and simplify online shopping for themodern consumer by combining next-gen technology and world classstyling. We are looking for an Influencer and Community Manager to join ourteam. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for the day-to-dayinfluencer campaign strategy, building and maintaining strong relationshipswith relevant influencers, and growing/managing Mada’s community. Youwill play a key role in spreading brand awareness, and have the opportunityto wear many hats and be involved in all marketing efforts.  This is afantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate aboutinfluencer/creator marketing, but wants to take part in all elements ofbranding and growing a modern brand.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOversee influencer campaigns for the Mada App and all Mada webpropertiesCollaborate with marketing team to build, engage, and sustainMada’s online and offline communityWork independently and with an agency (leveraging tools &platforms) to do the following:  identify brand-relevant influencers,initiate outreach, and build relationships with key branded influencers andpartnersThoroughly vet potential influencers and their audiences toensure brand fit and brand safety, and establish a robust influencerroaster for the brand  Help plan and execute influencer/community activations and eventsthat feel fresh, creative and authentic to the brand and it’sfollowersDevelop briefs & coach creators toward best-in-classbrand-relevant content  Review and approve influencer concepts & creative to ensurecontent alignment with strategies as well as brand standards, mission, andvalues.  Monitor, manage, and report on performance of organic content,including both performance driven and awareness campaigns Ensure all contractual obligations are met and all campaigns aresuccessfully launchedPartner closely with the founder and the Mada brand marketingteam to leverage and develop integrated strategies for using influencersand creators·      EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS3-5 years of demonstrated experience and in-depth knowledge ofinfluencer and social media marketing Hands-on experience across Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok,Facebook, Twitter, LinkedInAbility to build and execute influencer strategies both with andwithout dependency on agenciesStrong creative and strategic thinking, thriving in aself-starter environmentWillingness to flex into other areas of marketing for thestart-up as neededIDEAL CANDIDATE:Excellent interpersonal and relationship-buildingskillsStrong networking skillsPassion for and knowledge of the fashion industryStrong time management skills and ability to manage multiplepriorities in a very fast-paced environment Show more Show lessTagged as: remote, remote job, virtual, Virtual Job,virtual position, Work at Home, work from home
