The Role

The Campaign Manager is a highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and ambitious individual, able to think on their feet and excel in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have 2+ years of experience working in integrated media sales and sponsorship roles, with a strong focus on managing TikTok campaigns for brands. This role requires the ability to develop innovative strategies and execute them across multiple platforms, ensuring campaign success.

Candidates need to demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills and understand the communication needs of individual clients. Candidates must be comfortable being the main point of contact for numerous clients. On top of that, the ideal candidate must have extraordinary organizational skills, and multitasking skills, and remain detail-oriented at all times.

Finally, your experience in the digital advertising industry has created a network of colleagues, clients, mutual connections, and opportunities you can leverage in any role. Candidates should have at least 3+ years of digital advertising experience with an agency, media brand, or other types of media or digital advertising company.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and develop a national strategy for our influencer-driven campaigns.
  • Manage and build out influencer and creator campaigns for brands, including TikTok campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with brands, agencies, and platforms
  • Manage relationships with creator agencies
  • Negotiate deals with influencers
  • Source, pitch, and close financial sponsorship for media and content opportunities.
  • Manage and build a sales pipeline and CRM
  • Meet quarterly and annual revenue objectives
  • Identify new media and content commercial opportunities.
  • Manage and grow client relationships.
  • Work with our production team to build out creative opportunities for brands

Qualifications

  • Deep knowledge of digital media, influencer marketing campaigns, and TikTok content strategies.
  • Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to quickly respond and close deals.
  • Proven relationships with media agencies and brands, alongside a network of clients and content creators.
  • Experience working in innovative media or digital advertising companies.
  • Passion for social media, with a particular focus on TikTok creators and emerging trends.
  • Self-directed and highly motivated, with the ability to work autonomously and make strategic decisions independently.
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to balance and maintain budgets for various projects.
  • Extensive understanding of new media platforms from both a business and consumer perspective.
  • Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, capable of pitching ideas and securing partnerships.
  • Superb communication skills, both oral and written, tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent teamwork and team management skills, with experience in leading projects and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack, Notion, Monday, and Google Worksite.
  • Flexibility to travel and manage work-related commitments on the go.
