Role Overview:

The Influencer Manager will be at the forefront of our social media marketing efforts, acting as the primary liaison between our company and a diverse group of social media influencers. This individual will nurture relationships, coordinate campaigns, schedule content, and closely monitor performance metrics. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, detail-oriented, and passionate about the evolving world of social media and influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Influencer Relationship Management:

• Identify, onboard, and nurture ongoing relationships with influencers across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Maintain regular communication with influencers through phone calls, text messages, emails, and direct messages, ensuring timely responses and positive rapport.

Content & Campaign Coordination:

• Collaborate with influencers to plan and schedule content that aligns with brand goals and campaign deadlines.
• Ensure influencers receive all necessary brand assets, guidelines, and creative briefs for upcoming campaigns.

Payment & Compliance:

• Coordinate and process outgoing payments to influencers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage contracts, negotiate terms, and ensure all parties adhere to legal and brand compliance requirements.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

• Monitor and record key performance indicators (KPIs) related to influencer campaigns, including engagement rates, reach, conversions, and content quality.
• Compile insights, generate reports, and deliver actionable recommendations to the marketing team.

Database & Organizational Management:

• Maintain a well-organized database of influencer contacts, contracts, posted content, and performance metrics.
• Continuously update and improve internal systems for better efficiency and transparency.

Qualifications & Skills:

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook) and familiarity with influencer management tools.
• Strong knowledge of analytics platforms (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights) and the ability to interpret data.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel.

Soft Skills:

• Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to relationship building.

Additional Considerations:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required.
• Passion for emerging social media trends and platforms.
