Job Overview:

As an Influencer, you will be responsible for promoting our brand across various social media platforms. Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop creative and engaging content (videos, blogs, social media posts, etc.) to promote the brand’s products or services on various digital platforms.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and regularly update company’s social media profiles (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) to engage with the target audience and keep them informed about new products or campaigns.
  • Audience Engagement: Build and maintain a relationship with followers by responding to comments, messages, and engaging in conversations on social media.
  • Brand Promotion: Promote the brand’s products/services through sponsored posts, stories, and other content formats on your personal social media channels or brand’s accounts.
  • Collaborations and Partnerships: Identify potential influencers, bloggers, or other brands to collaborate with for joint campaigns and promotions.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track performance metrics (engagement rates, reach, impressions, etc.) and generate reports to analyze the effectiveness of influencer campaigns.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest trends, popular content formats, and social media algorithms to ensure our campaigns are always fresh and relevant.
  • Campaign Coordination: Assist in the execution of influencer marketing campaigns, including scheduling content, coordinating with partners, and ensuring all deadlines are met.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 0 to 6 months of experience as an influencer, content creator, or social media manager.
  • Language Skills:
  • Proficiency in Hindi and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of any regional language (e.g., Kannada, Tamil, Telugu) is a plus.
  • Social Media Knowledge: Basic understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and trends.
  • Creative Skills: Ability to create appealing and engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with audiences, brands, and other influencers.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and provide actionable insights.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
