We are looking to fill the role of Campaign Manager which facilitates all collaborations and project manages each from start to finish.

Tasks involved are:

selecting influencers that best suit the brand’s needs
negotiating with influencers
gathering all information related to product choices
generating a campaign timeline and ensuring compliance by all parties
end of campaign analysis with strategy for next steps

This job requires a fairly in-depth understanding of influencer marketing so the ideal person is a creator themselves (nano influencer is fine as well) or has worked in the industry before. This isn’t to say previous experience is required, but it definitely helps.

The beginning tasks vary in nature & scope but someone who is a jill of all trades type mentality is ideal. Someone who is up for a position where no two days look the exact same and new tasks are welcomed, not seen as a cause for stress.

The businesses require an assistant with strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to handle a number of concurrent tasks well.

A strong handle on Google Sheets and other technology (or at least ability to learn) is preferred.

Other tasks that could be added are social media coordination (particularly our IG account) & other admin duties that support myself and any other staff from time to time.

The ideal candidate is able to see long term goals and deadlines and be able to break that down into smaller tasks that result in achieving that goal. Being a self-starter is key.

Part time would be a minimum of 25 hours / Full-time hours: 40 per week
