Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Influencer Account Manager** to join our team. The ideal candidate will recruit influencers, manage relationships, and create opportunities to connect influencers with luxury brands under our portfolio. This role is critical in driving brand awareness and engagement for both our luxury partners and our ecommerce business.  

Key Responsibilities

– Influencer Recruitment**: Identify, recruit, and onboard influencers aligned with Lux Afrique Agency brand values and luxury market positioning.  

– Campaign Management**: Plan, execute, and monitor influencer marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand goals and objectives.  

– Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, acting as the primary point of contact for all collaborations.  

– Luxury Brand Collaboration**: Identify and pitch opportunities for influencers to collaborate with luxury brands within our portfolio, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.  

– **Performance Tracking**: Analyze campaign results using key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to improve future strategies.  

– Market Trends**: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging influencers, and new platforms to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.  

– Budget Management**: Manage budgets for influencer campaigns, negotiating fees and ensuring cost-effective strategies.  

– Cross-Functional Coordination**: Work closely with the marketing and ecommerce teams to align influencer campaigns with broader business goals.  

Key Skills and Qualifications**:  

– Proven experience as an Account Manager, Influencer Manager, or similar role, preferably in the luxury or ecommerce sectors.  

– Strong understanding of influencer marketing and social media trends.  

– Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to foster long-term relationships with influencers and brands.  

– Exceptional organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.  

– Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable recommendations.  

– Knowledge of luxury markets and a strong affinity for premium brands.  

– Proficiency in using influencer marketing platforms and tools.  

– Strong written and verbal communication skills.  

Preferred Qualifications:  

– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.  

– Experience working with influencers targeting African markets or luxury audiences is a plus.  

– Established network of influencer contacts.
