Position Overview:
The Influencer Project Manager will oversee all aspects of influencer projects, including managing existing brand collaborations, sourcing new partnerships, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring the smooth execution of campaigns. This role involves maintaining communication with brands, managing deadlines, and optimizing project efficiency to allow the influencer to focus on content creation and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Coordination:
- Manage all stages of brand collaborations, from initial outreach to campaign completion.
- Coordinate content creation timelines and ensure deliverables are met on schedule.
- Collaborate with the influencer on content ideas that align with brand expectations.
2. Client Communication & Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for brands and clients, addressing their needs, questions, and feedback.
- Develop strong relationships with brands to foster repeat partnerships.
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding project progress and deliverables.
3. Sourcing New Projects & Partnerships:
- Research potential brand collaborations aligned with the influencer’s image and values.
- Reach out to brands, pitch ideas, and negotiate terms for new partnerships.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential collaborations to keep revenue streams consistent.
4. Campaign Execution & Tracking:
- Work closely with the influencer to ensure all project requirements are understood and met.
- Track campaign metrics and gather data on performance (engagement rates, reach, etc.) for reporting.
- Assess the effectiveness of campaigns and provide feedback to brands as needed.
5. Content Planning & Strategy:
- Help develop content plans that align with brand messaging and campaign goals.
- Suggest creative ideas that fit the influencer’s style and resonate with her audience.
- Schedule content for optimal posting times and engagement.
6. Administrative & Financial Management:
- Handle contracts, invoicing, and payment tracking for all partnerships.
- Manage project budgets and ensure that expenses align with campaign agreements.
- Maintain an organized calendar with deadlines, content due dates, and posting schedules.
7. Growth & Development:
- Analyze trends and insights to keep strategies current with platform algorithm changes.
- Help strategize new ways to expand the influencer’s reach and engagement across platforms.
- Provide suggestions for personal brand growth, including new content formats, topics, or collaborations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, social media, or project management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and influencer marketing trends.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and brand alignment.
